We do not recommend wearing these padded underpants on their own. They are designed to be worn underneath either long unpadded bib tights or loose shorts, like MTB baggy shorts. You can, however, wear them on their own during indoor cycling at home.

No, they do not feature reflective elements because they are designed to be worn underneath long tights or loose shorts.

Can I also use this underwear underneath casual clothing, like a jeans, for bicycle tours?
