Returns & Refunds

We are dedicated to making outstanding products of the finest quality. However, in the unlikely event that an error has occurred in the manufacturing of your GripGrab product please let us know.

If you discover a manufacturing error, on a product bought on within 24 months, we will, at our expense, replace the goods or reimburse the price of the goods paid by you against receipt of the goods.

Even if the product was bought from one of our dealers, we are happy to help you directly and handle the warranty case.

Please note that it is a requirement that any claim of faulty products can be documented (e.g with photo evidence), and that the fault has not arisen as a result of excessive or incorrect use.

Customers are advised that returns from non-EU countries require additional paperwork. If you wish to make a return from outside the EU, please send an email to with your order number, and we will take it from there!


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 30 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging. All returns must be sent back to GripGrab within one month of the refund or exchange request being made. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items which are not in saleable condition.

Returns are only accepted online for items purchased directly from If you have purchased from a third-party retailer, you should return the products directly to the location where they were purchased.

We're providing extended return options during the holiday season. If you need to return a gift, please contact us before January 30th and we will proceed with the return.
