No, it does not have any pockets to keep it as lightweight and packable as possible. It only features an integrated stow-away pocket to fold the jacket into. You can easily access your jersey pockets thanks to the 2-way-zip. Please do not keep it folded in its stow-away pocket after your ride. Unpack and hang it over a coat hanger. Keeping it folded for an extended period of time is not beneficial for the fabric.

Can the jacket be used for other outdoor activities besides cycling?
The primary use of this wind jacket with a tight race fit is optimised for cycling. If you exercise other outdoor activities next to your cycling training, you may also find the jacket useful for those activities.
