Essentially, yes, it is. This particular product, however, is available in a smaller size, particularly for kids.

Our perception of temperatures is highly individual. We have designed this cap as a thin and lightweight layer to be comfortably worn underneath a cycling helmet across different winter conditions. It might not be warm enough for sub-zero conditions.

Yes. The Skull Cap is made from a soft, brushed, techno-fabric, with excellent insulating properties, to keep your head nice and warm.
