We are dedicated to making outstanding products of the finest quality. However, in the unlikely event that an error has occurred in the manufacturing of your GripGrab product please let us know.

If you discover a manufacturing error, on a product bought on gripgrab.com within 24 months, we will, at our expense, replace the goods or reimburse the price of the goods paid by you against receipt of the goods.

If the product is bought from one of our dealers, please contact the dealer so the dealer can handle the warranty case.

Please notice that it is a requirement that any claim of non-conformity is justified; that the non-conformity has not arisen as a result of excessive use, incorrect use or other tortious conduct.

Please mark packages "Goods returned for refund" or “Goods returned under warranty” as applicable.

All packages returned under warranty must be clearly marked with the cost of postage.

International returns
We will offer you a DHL pickup service for returning the items to us. 

You can otherwise use a service of your own choice with the cost of postage clearly marked on the package.

We will offer you a GLS Pakkeshop service for returning the items to us.

Proof of postage
We recommend that you acquire a proof of postage receipt and retain this until you receive an email confirmation that we are processing your return.

Please note this service can take 5-7 working days.

Refund
Once we receive your returned items at GripGrab, we aim to process them within seven days. We will then refund you any money owing, and/or the postage costs incurred (only goods returned under warranty), up to the following value:

For non-EU returns, GripGrab will not accept customs charges incurred when returning items.

Please note that for gift exchanges we can only refund postage to the original purchaser.
