What personal data do we collect?
“Personal data” includes all information which may be used to identify you, including, without limitation, your name, physical address, e-mail address, telephone number or other contact information.
When you place an order on gripgrab.com, we collect the personal data you register with us so that we may process your order. When you sign in as a user, we register your e-mail address so that we may send you our newsletter and other information.
We do not collect unnecessary personal data.
Who has access to your personal data?
Only a limited number of employees at GripGrab have access to your personal data, i.e. the employees receiving and processing your subscription or order.
We do not pass on your personal data to third parties.
Your personal data are stored unencrypted in our web hotel, and they are sent unencrypted over the internet. We do not have access to and do not keep your payment card data. Your payment card data are sent via a secure, encrypted connection.

How can you change or delete your personal data?
It is your responsibility to ensure that the personal data you have registered with us is always up-to-date. If you would like to know what data we have registered on you or would like us to change or delete the data we have registered on you, please contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will attend to your request immediately.
How long do we keep your personal data?
We will keep your personal data for a minimum of 5 years after your last dealing with us. After that, we will automatically delete your personal data.
