We are delighted to announce our three-year partnership with the team including two of the most promising athletes in the world of cycling.
Mathieu is the current European CX Champion and winner of the UCI World Cup and we are excited to be part of his next challenge, the aim for an Olympic medal at the 2020 Tokyo Games on the mountain bike. We are also thrilled to welcome our second, high profile ambassador for professional women's cycling, the two-time Women's CX World Champion, Sanne Cant. To have the current, two-time women's cyclocross world champion riding with our gloves will help us in our mission to attract more women to cycling and inspire female cyclists to ride their bikes more and dare to aim high with their sport.
Both the riders on the Corendon-Circus Elite and U23 team as well as Sanne Cant will from now on be able to enjoy our expertise in cycling gloves and shoe covers for all of their competition and training. Most notably, they will be using the high performance competition gloves Racing, Vertical and Raptor, all featuring the award winning InsideGrip technology for maximum bike control, supreme fit and freedom of movement.
The team will be racing on the road, the MTB and in cyclocross throughout the year and provide valuable feedback on our products and serve as inspiration for both GripGrab, but also our fans and customers.
The fact that Mathieu has worn our products ahead of any formal agreement underscores that GripGrab is chosen by the team for our excellent products over anything else.
"Our partnership with GripGrab is a new step in the professional development of the team. We expect our riders to perform on a high level and to always give their maximum, so it’s vital they can rely on the best equipment. GripGrab is a highly rated player on the market and we are pleased that we can count on their support for the next years”
Philip Roodhooft, manager Corendon-Circus
We’re looking forward to many exciting moments together with the team.
