Return or exchange of products purchased from gripgrab.com
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery by the courier. Only items that have not been used or damaged and that do not have defects that are not attributable to production may be returned.
Please note that we accept returns only of products purchased directly from gripgrab.com. If you have purchased from a GripGrab retailer then they must also arrange your return or exchange.
All returns should be in ‘as new’ condition, both unwashed, unworn and in original packaging.
When returning items to GripGrab, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.
Products can only be refunded to the original purchaser. Gift exchanges will show on the order history of the original purchaser.
All gift cards are non-refundable.
GripGrab currently does not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, color or item than you ordered, please use our returns form to return the item for a refund. Then place a new order for the desired product.
We are dedicated to making outstanding products of the finest quality. However, in the unlikely event that an error has occurred in the manufacturing of your GripGrab product please let us know. If you discover a manufacturing error on a product we have delivered to you within 24 months after delivery, we will, at our expense, replace the goods or reimburse the price of the goods paid by you against receipt of the goods.
Please notice that it is a requirement that any claim of non-conformity is justified; that the non-conformity has not arisen as a result of excessive use, incorrect use or other tortious conduct.
How To Make a Return
Please fill out and submit our returns form. You will need your order number so please have that ready.
Please post the package to the following returns address:

Please mark packages "Goods returned for exchange or refund" or “Goods returned under warranty” as applicable .
All packages returned under warranty must be clearly marked with cost of postage.
Swedish and Danish returns: Consider our pre-paid shipping label
We recommend that you use the pre-paid shipping label that we send to you by mail once you have completed our return form. The cost of return by this method is €10 which will be deducted from the refunded amount once we receive your returned goods. No deduction will occur for goods returned under warranty.
Alternatively you can use a service of your own choice with cost of postage clearly marked on the package. Please notice the maximum values of postage we offer to refund for goods returned under warranty.

Proof of postage
We recommend that you acquire a proof of postage receipt and retain this until you receive email confirmation that we are processing your return. Please note this service can take 5-7 working days.
Once we receive your returned items at GripGrab, we aim to process them within seven days. We will then refund you any money owing, and/or the postage costs incurred (only goods returned under warranty), up to the following value:

For non-EU returns GripGrab will not accept customs charges incurred when returning items.
