How To Make a Return
Please fill out and submit our returns form.
You will need your order number so please have that ready.
Please post the package to the following returns address:
Please mark the package with: "Goods returned for refund" or “Goods returned under warranty” as applicable.
All packages returned under warranty must be clearly marked with the cost of postage.
Once we receive your returned items at GripGrab, we aim to process the refund within seven days.
We will refund the full amount of your order.
Return costs are covered by yourself.
For non-EU returns, GripGrab will not accept customs charges incurred when returning items.
Please note that for gift exchanges we can only refund postage to the original purchaser.
If you have any inquiries about your return once it has been posted, please contact our customer service.
When returning an item from Denmark (only), you will be given the choice of either purchasing a return label through our shipping supplier (GLS or PostNord) or send the return package by your own choice of shipping.
Please use a service of your own choice with the cost of postage clearly marked on the package. Please notice the maximum values of postage we offer to refund on the warranty page.
Proof of Postage
We recommend that you acquire a proof of postage receipt and retain this until you receive an email confirmation that we are processing your return.
Please note this service can take 5-7 working days.
Return or exchange of products purchased from gripgrab.com
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery by the courier.
All returns should be in ‘as new’ condition, both unwashed, unworn and in original packaging. Only items that have not been used or damaged, and that do not have defects that are not attributable to production, may be returned.
Please note that we only accept returns of products purchased directly from gripgrab.com. If you have purchased from a GripGrab retailer then they must also arrange your return or exchange.
When returning items to GripGrab, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.
Products can only be refunded to the original purchaser. Gift exchanges will show on the order history of the original purchaser.
All gift cards are non-refundable.
GripGrab currently does not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, color or item that you ordered, please use our returns form to return the item for a refund. Then place a new order for the desired product.
