GripGrab is considered to be a high-end brand in the European cycling industry and our products are sold by more than 1.000 retailers both online and offline. We are now looking for a new Marketing Manager to help take our brand to the next level.
Roles and Responsibilities
You will lead our marketing team and be one of the main driving forces in our quest to build a global brand.
GripGrab’s marketing platform consists of an extensive ambassador program, content marketing based campaigns and creation of industry-leading online POS to support our retailer’s representation and sales of GripGrab. It is a scale-able platform with proven effect - and plenty of room for further development.
We are an IT driven company and your analysis and optimization of activities and work flows will increase operational efficiency in the marketing department. The long-term result – and a main measure of your success - is a steadily improving brand perception amongst a steadily increasing number of consumers.
You will be a key member of our executive team - and the guardian of our brand - who continuously ensures alignment between our marketing activities, the overall strategy and our mission. Your analytical skills provide business insights that helps identify new sales opportunities and improve the customer experience for our B2B and B2C customers.
Marketing campaign planning, orchestration of execution, reporting of marketing effectiveness and liaison with third party partners are obviously part of your role as Marketing Manager, but your role as data analyst and the one who secures continuous optimization of activities and alignment of marketing activities with business goals is of most importance. Finally, your ability to lead a team of highly motivated employees is central to your success.
