Founded 20 years ago by the Krøyer brothers, GripGrab continues to be a market leader in developing highly functional, timeless essentials that keep cyclists comfortable in all weather conditions. As we grow and expand to new markets and sales channels, the demand for our products continues to become more and more unpredictable and we need an experienced supply chain planner who can take the lead on improving our ability to meet the demand from the markets. As we are on the verge of establishing distribution in North America, the challenges will become even greater, and the need for a dedicated supply chain planner becomes even more vital.


Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) you will join the operations team, which oversees purchase planning, logistics, fulfilment and b2b customer service. The department is accountable for every link in our supply chain, from finished products in the Far East to fulfilment of retail partners and end customers. As a supply chain planner, you will be leading our efforts to ensure we meet the demand for products from all sales channels and markets while carefully balancing our inventories to keep them as agile as possible. As supply chain planner you have the finger on the pulse in every aspect of our supply chain - from manufacturing to retail partners, logistics partners and internal stakeholders.
You are constantly on the hunt for data that can help you to create better forecasts and predict demand and you have a knack for analysing complex data and bringing order to chaos. You are the ultimate logistician and solve the puzzles that have not yet been invented.


  • Accountable for forecasting and inventory planning from A-Z
  • Responsible for allocation and management of inventory to individual sales channels and key retail partners
  • Proactively following up on all aspects of our supply chain, you are the one person who has the deepest insight into what the inventory situation will look like in the future
  • Building strong relationships with inventory managers and purchase planners with our key retail partners, internal stakeholders, as well as manufacturers 
  • Maintaining a frequent dialogue with our key retail partners and internal sales team to stay on top of market tendencies and challenges
  • Collecting and compiling forecasts from all sales channels
  • Hunting for data to help you predict demand better
  • Creating the final forecast and presenting purchase proposals to executive team
  • Following up on inbound logistics and maintain overview of due arrival of purchase orders into our warehouse. 


On top of an enduring passion for cycling and a purpose driven personality, the ideal candidate is passionate about forecasting and inventory management. You have a strong appetite for analysing data and insist on bringing order to chaos. A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements. 

  • Approximately five years' experience working for a global product business/brand with similar logistical challenges as those of GripGrab
  • Advanced knowledge of common forecasting principles 
  • An excellent understanding of every aspect of the supply chain for a global product brand like GripGrab
  • Strong communication skills and proven experience collaborating with overseas factories, retail partners and internal stakeholders 
  • You will be working extensively with our ERP system (NAVISION), and you will have a head start if you are familiar with this system from previous professional experience.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed 
  • Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken – other languages are a plus

  • Are a true super-user of Excel and formulas like =xlookup(), =sumifs(), and =countifs() are not foreign to you. 
  • Have solid communication and listening skills
  • Feel comfortable working with tight deadlines and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously 
  • Are highly self-motivated with a high energy level and a “can do” attitude
  • Are flexible and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business – you have a hands-on approach to execution 
  • Preferably you have an enduring passion for cycling 


Preferably, the role will be based in Copenhagen, Denmark. However, we are open to applicants living and working abroad who can travel to our HQ on a regular basis.
