Where do you ship to?

We are happy to offer our customers worldwide shipping of all our products.  
We are currently unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.


Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping options to all countries in Europe 

Worldwide shipping is costly, and for orders outside Europe, we therefore ask our customers to pay a small fee to cover part of the shipping costs.  


When do you ship my order?

If you place your order before 2 pm on weekdays we will in most cases ship your order the same day. 

Orders which you place during weekends or holidays will be processed the following weekday. 


Can I track my order?

Yes you can. When your order is dispatched you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to a website that allows you to monitor the delivery status.


What do you charge for shipping to my destination, and how long does it take for my order to arrive?

We offer a range of different shipping options to ensure there is one which satisfies your personal preferences. The different options and their transit times and costs are listed in this chart:
