We consist of a strong team of dedicated people who work for the same mission every day - and we are looking for a new highly skilled colleague to lead our finance team at our HQ in Skovlunde, Denmark

Roles and Responsibilities

You will lead our finance team that consists of two highly experienced employees who independently handle all accounting functions, have deep insight in the financial part of our ERP system and handle monthly, quarterly as well as annual reporting.


GripGrab is an IT driven company and as the finance executive, you will be responsible for further optimization of administrative processes and work flows and for fully utilizing our ERP and BI system to increase operational efficiency, provide business insights and to improve the customer experience.

As CFO you will be a key member of our executive team. You will be our strategic information leader who helps us focus on growth initiatives, as well as being the catalyst that can stimulate and foster change.

Financial reporting, compliance, treasury duties and liaison with third party administrative and financial partners are obviously central to your role as CFO, but your role as data analyst and the one who secures alignment of IT initiatives with business goals is equally important. Finally, your ability to lead a small team of highly experienced and skilled employees is central to your success

Key Qualifications

  • A master's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience and 10+ years of progressively responsible experience for a medium sized company or division of a large corporation

  • You have a strong mind for IT in general and several years of hands on experience with ERP and BI systems. Experience with Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Power BI is an advantage

  • You are a hands-on type and are able to handle complex projects including the actual execution when required

  • You have experience in partnering with an executive team and have a high level of written and oral communication skills as well as networking abilities

  • You are comfortable in both written and spoken English

  • You have effective leadership abilities, ability to plan, organize, and motivate others to achieve objectives

  • You have a strong ability to make timely and effective decisions that are based on business intelligence, sound judgment and business rationale

  • You have solid project management and project planning skills
